Netflix recién estrena una nueva comedia romántica, la película Amor Garantizado, que también puedes encontrar bajo su título original “Love, Guaranteed”, una cinta que regresa a las películas a Rachael Leigh Cook , actriz que seguro recuerdan de la popular cinta “Ella es así” de los años noventas; si bien, esta actriz sigue trabajando, más que nada realiza pequeños proyectos para la televisión y los videojuegos, pues bueno, ahora protagoniza junto con Damon Wayans Jr. (New Girl, Agentes del Desorden), esta cinta dirigida por Mark Steven Johnson , una propuesta que satiriza el amor en tiempos moderno.
Pero, a todo está, ¿qué tal esta? ¿Esta buena película Amor Garantizado de Netflix?
Debo decir que soy muy crítica con los chick flicks y usualmente suelo quejarme y mucho de ellos, por lo absurdos y tontos que son, además de criticarles que romantizan e idealizan mucho las relaciones tóxicas; pero, en este caso, esta es una propuesta diferente y bastante decente, con diálogos ocurrentes e inteligentes, en una trama bastante creíble. Además, abordan una nueva visión de las relaciones, las que surgen en línea a partir de apps.
Ahora, sí, no es la primera cinta que habla sobre el ligue en línea, pero, esta es diferente, porque más que explorar el ideal de encontrar el amor en una de estas apps, esta cinta se burla de las de esas nuevas formas de conquista y romance, para retratar con humor la frustrante experiencia de estar en una de estas plataformas.
Eso sí, hay que tener en mente que no es la película revelación del año, pero las actuaciones son buenas, la trama es plausible, hay muchos gags divertidos, sobre todo si has usado una app de citas la encontrarás divertida, por el humor con el cual se abordan los problemas de este tipo de ligue; todo esto hace que la primera mitad de la cinta, sea muy divertida y entretenida, tanto que te engancha para ver de principio a fin la película Amor Garantizado de Netflix.
La mala noticia es que, pasando a la recta final, cuando se detona el conflicto de la trama, la película cae en los errores y clichés del género, para tener escenas con fondos musicales muy dramáticos, que resultan innecesarias, y te hacen recordar que estás viendo una comedia romántica medio lacrimógena.
Fuera de eso, esta propuesta está bien lograda, y cuando se explorar el humor de los dilemas de las apps de citas, es muy ocurrente.
Así que, sí, si me preguntan la película, sobre todo por el arranque, hace que sea una película divertida, entretenida y vale la pena verla.
Sinopsis de la película Amor Garantizado de Netflix ¿De qué trata?, es la historia de una loca demanda contra un sitio de citas en línea, que garantiza a todos sus suscriptores que, podrán encontrar el amor; cosa que no sucede y reunirá a Nick Evans (Damon Wayans Jr.) el demandante, que ha tenido 1,000 citas sin éxito en esta aplicación, con la idealista abogada Susan Whitaker (Rachael Leigh Cook), para iniciar una demanda para demostrar que el amor no se puede encontrar en las apps, y mucho menos garantizar; pero, es una comedia romántica, así que obvio, estos dos se van a enamorar en el proceso.
