- Las verduras proporcionan antioxidantes y fibra, que ayuda a la salud gastrointestinal, tal como el tomar lácteos fermentados con probióticos.
- La ingesta de insectos proporciona vitaminas del complejo B, calcio, magnesio, así como sales minerales que regulan la presión.
La comida japonesa para los jóvenes, sobre todo, se caracteriza por comida que va desde las crepas niponas, pan al vapor, bolas de arroz u onigiri, platillos extravagantes y por supuesto rollos de sushi.
